1. Order Cancellations

We work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within a very limited timeframe:

  • Cancellation Window: You can request a full cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • After 6 Hours: Once an order is processed, packaged, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait to receive the package and follow our standard return process.

2. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Fees (Crucial for Dropshipping)

Please note the following conditions for non-defective returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, changed mind, wrong size ordered):

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the package. You must contact us at [support@zelomart.online] first to obtain the correct return warehouse address.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect/damage along with your order number to [support@zelomart.online].

  • Once verified, we will send a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
